We do not suggest sticking to a diet, because living in permanent restrictions is uncomfortable. Our task is to help you find your regime and nutrition type.

Where are you going to train?

Activities that fit to your schedule and are always at hand are more likely to form a long-term habit. You can learn and train boxing wherever you need, even at home or in trip.

How much time do you plan to spend on one workout?

Even 15 minutes training can be enough if you have a well-balanced workout plan.

How often would you like to train?

The number of workouts on your weekly schedule is important in determining the volume of each workout and to plan the recovery period.
